It can prevent various diseases including heart problems, high cholesterol levels, eye disorders, and skin disorders.

Vitamins types and its benefits:

A:

It is a fat soluble its deficiency may cause night blindness( an eye disorder) the vitamin A can be gained through organic fruits and vegetable such as carrot, apricot spinach, pumpkin, kale etc.. It plays important role in maintaining night vision, normal bones, reproduction and tooth development. It acts as an antioxidant which may reduce a certain risk of cancers.

B:

It is is water soluble and its deficiency may cause beriberi. Good source of vitamin B include organic vegetables and fruits like brown rice, kale, potatoes, oranges. It is widely found in processed organic foods like edible seeds, legumes, rice and processed foods such as breakfast cereals.The other organic foods which are rich in vitamins are spinach and corn flour. Vitamin B as sub types like B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, this vitamin has unique quality on their own.

B1:

It is known as Thiamine. This vitamin is used as the dietary supplement which use to prevent thiamine deficiency. This type of vitamin is found in organic foodstuffs like edible seeds, Legumes, and rice.

B2:

helps to prevent and treat riboflavin deficiency and to prevent a migraine. This vitamin is gained from green vegetable, milk, meat, cheese, almonds, mushrooms etc.. It also helps in increasing energy levels; boosting immune system function; maintaining healthy skin and hair mucous nails and membrane.

B3:

B5:

B7:

It is known as Biotin. It has benefits like it thickens hair, beautifies skin and nails, increases cardiovascular function on. It deficiency are very rare but can include dry skin, hair loss, mood changes, nerve damage, digestive issue etc. It is gained from organic foodstuff like cauliflower, salmon, yeast, organic eggs etc..

B9:

The other name for this Vitamin is Folate. It is used to treat anemia, a risk of cardiovascular disease. Its sources include organic nuts, beans, peas, dairy products, poultry and meat, eggs.

C :

It is water-soluble vitamin. It is gained from organic food stuff such as organic orange, organic broccoli (raw), organic cabbage, organic potato, organic tomato, organic spinach, organic watermelon, kiwi, kale. Vitamin C deficiency includes bleeding gums or loosening of teeth, bone disease etc.. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant which help in maintaining connective tissues, so in, blood vessels and bones. D:

It is one of the important vitamin for our body. It is essential for strong bones as it helps the body to use calcium. Vitamin D is also known as sunshine Vitamin. Our body gain vitamin D when it is exposed to the sun. The deficiency of this vitamins includes death risk due to cardiovascular disease, cancer, asthma in children. Research says that vitamin D play a role in prevention and treatment of hypertension, diabetes, glucose intolerance etc.

K:

It is a fat-soluble vitamin. It plays an important role in helping blood clot, preventing excessive bleeding. Unlike other vitamin, vitamin K is not typically used as a dietary supplement. Low level of vitamin K can increase the risk of uncontrolled bleeding. Vitamin K deficiencies are less in adults. The sources of vitamin K are organic mustard green, broccoli cabbage, asparagus kale.

The Organic or pesticide free food has more amount of nutrients as compared to conventional foodstuff. Consuming organic food stuff benefits more to health, as there more amount of nutrients in organic food the amount of vitamins is also more.
